Photo of the Week #17

This week’s photo was taken last Saturday (it was after I decided on my photo for last week, so it’s not cheating) at Magnet Lounge in San Francisco. We were there as part of a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity San Francisco. I have an album of 15 shots from the night (mostly party shots, nothing really photographic) but I really liked this one where I zoomed in on the hands & shot glasses and left everybody’s faces out of the picture. (Well, almost everybody–there’s a face in the background but it’s beyond the depth of field, not illuminated by my flash and doesn’t count)

   Unique picture. It can be converted into something similar to silhouettes or comic illustrations. The end result will be a perfect symbolism for brotherhood or unity. What do you think?
